We aim for each and every one of our customers to have a bespoke, special dining experience. All dishes are prepared carefully in the kitchen with a commitment to immaculate texture, temperature and timing. Our sushi is served one at a time, to ensure that diners can take time to savour each unique dish.

​​As of July 2022, we are transitioning to an Omakase only model, as we shift towards a delivering a more carefully selected, curated dining experience.

Our reason for shifting from our two-menu system to only omakase
· To enable our diners to enjoy a more curated selection of dishes. We want to offer a novel dining experience through which diners can discover delicious new flavours they have never tasted before.
· To offer a wholly balanced menu. Our chef seeks to deliver a menu that not only tastes good and offers complementary flavours, but also gives attention to health and nutritional balances.

The menu are based largely on raw and cooked fish and shellfish, with most dishes also containing gluten. Meat may be served on the day. Dessert and tea will be served after the meal. *Taka designs the menu on the day so whether if meat is served or not vary according to days.

​Due to the kitchen size and cross-contamination risks, we are unable to accommodate guests with food intolerances and allergies. Please ensure that you are aware of all party member’s dietary requirements and contact us prior to making your reservation to confirm whether we are able to cater for you and your guests.

VAT is included in the omakase menu and a discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill.
