SPRING OMAKASE
BOOKINGS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2024
We release reservations on the 1st of each month at 12:00pm for the following month. Kindly be advised that we do not accept reservation requests through phone calls, emails, text messages, Instagram, or Facebook messages.
We allocate reservation bookings based on a first-received, first-served basis. One sitting can accommodate up to 8 people in order to enable us to deliver personalised, quality service.
Once our reservations re-open, customers whose booking is first in line for each time slot will be notified by email. This email will also contain information regarding our deposit and cancellation policy. Please be sure to check your email inbox, including the spam folder, as we can only hold the table for a limited time.
In the event that the date you have chosen is not available, we will contact you via email to offer alternative options. Please specify your preferred date(s) in the "Note" section of the booking form, and we assure you that we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
To ensure a satisfying dining experience, we highly discourage making reservations for someone else. If you have any inquiries about our menu, please feel free to reach out to us before making a reservation.
GROUP BOOKINGS
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that one person be designated to submit the booking form for your group. Avoiding multiple submissions of the form will help us prevent any potential double bookings. We aim to reply to all requests as soon as possible and by following the advice above will help us reduce the processing time greatly.
FOOD ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES
we are unable to accommodate guests with food intolerances and allergies due to the size of our kitchen and the risks associated with cross-contamination. Additionally, we are unable to customise the menu to cater to individual food preferences. To prevent any potential disappointment, we kindly ask that you please ensure you are aware of all the dietary requirements of your party members before making a reservation.
